Gratitude Band

Gratitude consists of seasoned musicians who appreciate the opportunity to perform for you and take it seriously. We will arrive on time and provide a professional quality show. The band provides a high energy, dance set to get the crowd moving. Henry, our lead singer, is an excellent front man who is engaging and motivating with the crowd.

We provide talented musicians and quality equipment and operate as a professional outfit from top to bottom. We have a predetermined set list but are open to learning special songs for your event within reason.

Gratitude was formed about 12 years ago by a couple of it's current members. The name originates from the idea that we were grateful for the opportunity to make some good music with our friends. Some members have been friends since high school and played together in a band back in the 70's. Back then we we played with various bands in the East Los Angeles area playing at high school dances, weddings, and quincenieras. Gratitude has reformed After a 5 year hiatus with the current members and is composed of of local musicians from the east end of Los Angeles County.

Gratitude plays primarily Latin Rock and R&B. We like to think of it as primarily music that you can dance to. Our genre of music includes music by Santana, Malo, War, Malo, Chicago, Los Lobos, and others.

Gratitude provides it's own PA and backline.
A reasonably sized stage that accommodates a six piece ensemble is suggested.
