I usually arrive 1.5-2 hours before the event to setup. You and your guests can sign up to sing from your phone, or an iPad I put on the table. I will call people up in order to sing and will play a little break music in between singers if needed. I use only QSC speakers which produce a premium sound, I also have lyric monitors, subwoofer and everything needed for a professional karaoke experience at your event!
