Our team specializes in a range of styles including Bollywood, classical, Bhangra, and Raas/Garba, delivering dynamic routines that are both culturally authentic and visually stunning.

Golden Gate Garba Dance Group is a collective of passionate college students from UC Berkeley dedicated to celebrating and spreading Indian culture through dance. With over three years of experience performing at events across the Bay Area, we bring both energy and authenticity to every stage we step on.

Our members are also part of a nationally recognized competitive collegiate dance team, and we are formally trained in a wide range of Indian dance styles, including Kathak, Kuchipudi, Bhangra, Raas/Garba, and Bollywood. Whether performing or choreographing, we aim to blend tradition with modern flair—creating unforgettable moments that bring people together through rhythm, color, and culture.
