• Space Requirements: A small, flat area (approximately 4’ x 4’ or larger) for a table and two chairs
• Lighting: Well-lit area preferred; natural light or bright indoor lighting is sufficient (no special stage lighting required)
• Power: Not required (all supplies are self-contained)
• Sound: No sound system or microphone needed
• Setup Time: 10–15 minutes prior to start time for setup (I will arrive early to set up)
• Environment: Indoor or outdoor (shaded area recommended outdoors to protect guests and supplies)
• Water Access: Access to clean water nearby is helpful but not required
• Table & Seating: Client to provide one table and two chairs unless otherwise arranged
• Guest Flow: Reasonable line management by host for large events
• Safety & Hygiene: No painting on irritated skin, open wounds, or visible rashes; allergy concerns must be disclosed in advance
