Toni the owner has been in the kitchen cooking since she was a young child. She has a passion for cooking and bringing joy to others through the shared experience of food.

Our cart is fully equipped with two full size steam burners, a refrigerator to keep items cold, two hand washing sinks with running water capability. We pride ourselves on fast service and good clean food. We even went a step further by adding turkey and veggie products to our menu for those who has certain food allergies.
