DJ LUPA (Luis Paulo Souza) has been a Pro DJ for over four decades, with experience at Transamerica FM in Brazil and DMX in the U.S. He was awarded “Best DJ” at the Brazilian International Press Awards 2015, and he has hosted the MIX SENSE show on (link hidden).
Well known in South Florida, he is the official DJ/VJ of the Inffinito Film Festival, the Annual Full Moon Party at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park in Key Biscayne, and the Coast Guard Foundation Annual Event. He has opened for artists such as Natiruts, Monobloco, Fernanda Abreu, Xanddy, Lulu Santos, Cidade Negra, Alanis Morissette, and many others.
DJ/VJ LUPA has made many appearances and performed at special events such as “Party Time featuring JES,” the singer for several top DJ/Producers, including Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren, and themed events like “Festa A Volta Aos Anos 80”, the biggest retro party in Brazil which draws over 5,000 people. LUPA brought this brand to the USA twelve years ago as the official closing party for the Miami International Film Festival, and did five editions in Miami, one in Los Angeles, and four in Houston.
Specialized in yacht parties, weddings and corporate events, LUPA is known for his innovative style and sets that blend Brazilian Beats, World Music, Deep, Disco, Afro, Tech, Melodic, Organic, and Progressive House.
