July 13, 2019Unprofessional... Need more training
Videographer didn’t know what is an important moment in the wedding event.
Missing a few key moments of the wedding and reception. -- This vendor blamed the venue restriction but how about the reception which did not have any restriction? This videographer just place the video camera in one spot and don't even focus on the speaker.
Never had right angle and location on most of the key moments both in the chapel and the hotel reception.
Missed taping of the first dance.
So Many Shots Shooting The Carpet And Out Of Focus. Terrible!!
A lot of shots blocked by people and objects.
Missed a key speech by the best man-
Shaky shots
Sounds recording not good.
They sent me the clips and footage and every piece last 30 sec to 1 min and missing lots of contents.
They never discussed additional charge but now they blame it to that. It has passed two weeks, but I still don't have the full video and he just sent me piece by piece version and those are mostly incomplete pieces. He is holding the full version and not forwarding it to me and keep asking whether I want to have the highlights of the events with another $450.
They sent the all little piece of the clips and they want additional cost to put together.
I Would Not Hire This Vendor Again, Never!

Very sorry to see this review. We’ve never had this issue before. We really do appreciate the feedback and we will be sure to clear this up with you and our film maker. I would like to clear up a few issues here so that future potential clients can understand details of your project. 1) The film maker we sent to your event was at the beginner level seeing as how you requesting low cost documenting and was not sufficient for our veteran wedding professionals. (2) In regards to the footage. You requested the raw footage which natural comes in separate clips which we sent you.(3) Furthermore, the restriction of the venue prohibited our videographer from getting the prefer angle on the bride we apologize, but that is not under our control. (4) In addition, editing a highlight video is separate charge meaning you only paid for production and not post production (Editing). (5) Lastly, we will send you the clips separately you mentioned in this review we did not capture as we did capture them all. So sorry to see this review, but we will do everything we can to make it right.
