Expect great sound from great equipment tailored to the venue. I use three different sound systems depending on the need of the event. Should you need sound for the entire wedding including wireless microphones for the officiant, guest, or wedding party or even a digital keyboard for an outdoor wedding, that can be provided. The way I see it, if I am going to have great sound as a solo saxophonist, I might as well provide the best sound for the entire event if needed. Time and equipment does effect the cost . . .

I come dressed for the occasion (black suit) and perform my set-list when requested. For any special requests, if it fits within my genre it can be added. When not playing solo, if the wedding party wants to stream their music over my sound system, easily done!

Smooth, soulful, uplifting music that comforts & inspires. 🎷I have played for many years, but have found my nitch playing love songs from the 70's to the present. I alternate between the soprano and alto saxophone depending on the need of the song. I have played many brides down the aisle to various contemporary Christian songs and love songs. The dinner hour / cocktail hour is quite simply smooth, soulful, and uplifting. It is music one can enjoy while having a conversation with friends and family! Think . . . James Taylor, the Carpenters, Jim Croche, the Bee Gees, Stevie Wonder, and Kenny G . . . .

I grew up being encouraged by my father to take up the saxophone. At the time (60’s and 70’s) Boots Randolph became my idol. The smooth sultry sound of the sax, the versatility of sound, the creativity and the emotion created! Then, in the 80’s and 90’s Kenny G became the inspiration! It is from that style, creativity, and emotional performance that I set his sights. . . .

Think of that style and roll that into love songs from the 70’s to the present and you know what I am all about . . . .

My love for the saxophone became deeply embedded from hours of listening to Boots Randolph and other artists from the 60’s and 70’s. After high school upon joining the U.S. Coast Guard I was asked when being processed as a recruit if I played a musical instrument. When I said yes, I was given a saxophone instead of a rifle and the recruit band it was for the next twelve weeks.

Raising a family took some time, but the love for the instrument never left. I purchased a soprano saxophone while raising my children and soon found myself playing in a contemporary Christian band playing mostly special numbers in church and for the occasional wedding.

In August 2024 sitting on the dock of a small seafood restaraunt in Upstate New York, a local musician started playing popular love songs with his guitar - singing his heart out. It was then that I decided that I had found my niche and began my journey as a paid musician.

I can provide as much or little as needed regarding sound reinforcement. If I am to feed a house system (like at a church) I can feed my mix (pro backing tracks and horns) from my mini mixer into any house system. Or, I can provide complete sound support with my mixer and mains both inside and outside.

If there is a need for microphone support for the Officiant, soloist, guest or wedding party, tell me what you need and I can provide the needed equipment.

If the wedding, reception, cocktail hour, or event is on a patio or deep in the woods - I have battery support and do not need electricity to provide sound support.
