I’ve been trying to get back in contact with this company for a few weeks for an event in two months. I haven’t received any return calls or text and I’ve even been hung up on. They agreed to do it when we first came in contact, but never received an invoices or contract

The lady that does the scheduling is sketch and unprofessional. She would always say she’ll check the distance and get back with you. I would have to call her every other day about the distance, pick up location and invoice. Mind you I booked them almost 2 months in advance. This lady canceled on me the night before my daughter’s sweet 16 through a text message. I was furious!!! Horrible business and I wouldn’t recommend them.
