**Typical Speaking Format**
• Keynotes and talks: 20–60 minutes
• Interactive presentations and facilitated conversations available upon request
• Content can be customized to align with the event theme, audience, and organizational objectives

**Audio & Visual**
• Wireless lapel or headset microphone preferred for larger audiences; handheld microphone can also be accommodated
• Access to a presentation screen/projector when slides are used
• Ability to connect a laptop to the venue’s presentation system, or slides can be provided to the event team in advance
• Confidence monitor preferred for larger stages when available, but not required

**Stage & Room Setup**
Ghinwa is comfortable with a variety of room and stage configurations. For interactive sessions, a setup that allows audience engagement is preferred.

**Before the Event**
A brief planning conversation with the event organizer is recommended to understand the audience, event objectives, key themes, and desired outcomes so the presentation can be tailored accordingly.

For virtual engagements, a stable video-conferencing platform and the ability to share presentation slides are required.

Specific technical or event requirements can be coordinated directly with the organizer based on the venue and format.
