September 21, 2026I’ve had the pleasure of performing with George on numerous occasions now, and I’m not just saying this because he is someone I consider a friend. He genuinely is one of the best bass players I know.
George is HIGHLY organized, motivated, reliable, and phenomenal at his craft. He can be put on the spot for a solo he wasn’t expecting and absolutely nail it. He is also incredible when it comes to last minute fill ins and comes prepared to handle just about anything a show can throw at him.
As a lead singer, I’ve worked with countless musicians over the years, and a lot of the time I’ve found myself being the person putting in the majority of the work behind the scenes. That is absolutely not the case with George. He advertises shows, reaches out to venues and helps book gigs, promotes the band, stays organized, and is genuinely invested in making every performance successful.
He also comes prepared for EVERYTHING. Backup equipment, cables, speakers, microphones, adapters, whatever you suddenly realize you need, there is a pretty good chance George has one somewhere.
Beyond being an incredible bass player, he is the kind of musician you want beside you on stage because you know he is prepared, dependable, professional, and just as committed to the success of the show as you are. I would recommend George to any artist or band looking for a seriously talented musician and an even better person to work with.
