In addition, she is the author of a three-part book series focused on relationships, faith, and waiting on God’s timing, including Unequally Yoked: In the Shadows of Faith and The Wait: Living Faithfully in God’s Delay.

Additional booking notes

Nancy Phillips’ services are designed to be simple and adaptable to a wide variety of venues, including churches, conference rooms, banquet halls, retreat centers, and community spaces.

Audio:
A handheld or lapel microphone is recommended for medium to large audiences so that all attendees can hear clearly. For smaller groups, a microphone may not be necessary if the room acoustics allow for natural speaking volume.

Visuals (Optional):
For workshops or teaching sessions that include slides, organizers may provide a projector and screen or large display monitor. Slides are optional and can be adjusted based on what is available at the venue. If visuals are used, a small table or podium for notes and materials is helpful.

Staging and Seating:
No special stage setup is required. Nancy can speak from the floor, a platform, or behind a podium, depending on the venue setup. Seating arrangements may be classroom-style, banquet-style, or theater-style based on the event format.

Lighting:
Standard room or stage lighting is sufficient. No special lighting effects are required.

Setup Time:
Please allow at least 15–30 minutes prior to the session for sound check, setup, and brief coordination with the event host.

Power and Wi-Fi:
Access to electrical outlets is helpful if presentation equipment is used. Wi-Fi is not required for the presentation itself.

Other Considerations:
If book tables, sign-ups, or resource materials are part of the event, a small table near the exit or registration area is appreciated but not required.

Nancy is flexible and works with event organizers to accommodate the available space and equipment, making her services suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger conferences.

Influences and inspiration

Nancy’s greatest influence is the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, which guide both her personal walk and her ministry. Her teaching is rooted in Scripture, prayer, and sensitivity to God’s leading, with a strong emphasis on biblical truth, compassion, and obedience to Christ.

She is deeply influenced by the examples of women in the Bible who endured hardship while remaining faithful, such as Ruth, Hannah, Esther, and the woman with the issue of blood. These stories shape her focus on perseverance, identity, healing, and trusting God during seasons of waiting and transition.

Nancy’s ministry approach is also shaped by pastoral counseling principles and discipleship models that combine spiritual growth with emotional wellness. Her work reflects influences from faith-based counseling and Christian mentorship traditions that emphasize accountability, renewal of the mind, and practical application of biblical principles in everyday life.

In addition, she is inspired by leaders and teachers who model authentic faith, servant leadership, and biblical integrity, particularly those who focus on empowering women to grow in spiritual maturity and purpose rather than performance or appearance.

Overall, her influences center on Christ, Scripture, and the call to serve women with truth, grace, and encouragement, helping them move forward in healing and spiritual strength.
