A handheld or lapel microphone is recommended for medium to large audiences so that all attendees can hear clearly. For smaller groups, a microphone may not be necessary if the room acoustics allow for natural speaking volume.

Visuals (Optional):
For workshops or teaching sessions that include slides, organizers may provide a projector and screen or large display monitor. Slides are optional and can be adjusted based on what is available at the venue. If visuals are used, a small table or podium for notes and materials is helpful.

Staging and Seating:
