Gary M. Gibson

I am a songwriter/musician who has had a love for music ever since I was in the 9th grade. After singing a performance of "Hey Jude" by the Beatles, I was approached by fellow classmates with praises and autograph requests. I knew that I wanted to be a musician ever since.

I was part of a band in the 70's called Unity. Unity was a hit in the 70's as a cover band. The band broke up due to the different paths of band members. After the breakup, I acquired a job as a mailman. I delivered mail in the daytime and with my music career on hold, I continued writing songs and singing for friends and family in my free time.

Now that I've put my kids through school and dealt with the demands of life, I am ready to go public with my music. I'm on a mission to bring back the type of music that anyone can listen to. I want to spread a message of not settling for anything less than your potential, to bring back the soul in R&B and move people to do great things in their lives.
