Although the band is more of a heavy guitar rock band, the one thing it shares in common with Fishbone is a unique and powerful live show. If you want a lively band that will entertain and give you something different, Year of the Dragon is that band!
Year of the Dragon features founding Fishbone member Dirty Walt! This band originally started as a side project and has gone on to tour the U.S. and do support for various acts such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bad Brains, Living Colour, Unwritten Law, King's X and many others!
The band is a power trio--bass, guitar and drums--with two vocalists who are endorsed by and use Telefunken M80 microphones.
