Gabe is such a gem. He's always fun and easy to work with. We bring him back year after year for Bauman's Farm & Garden events! Not only is he crazy talented, but he's also personable with everyone. Every year we get people coming back to the farm for his performances alone, and it makes sense. As long as he'll have us, we'll happily hire Gabe again and again.

I recently heard Gabriel John at a local brewery here in Lincoln City, Beachcrest Brewing. His smooth voice and easy banter had the audience not only enjoying but fully engaged. Kids were dancing, Grandpa’s were smiling and Mama’s were singing along. He seemed to read the audience and played a wide variety of music from soft rock to country and some well known oldies. When he sprinkled in some original songs the crowd was entranced. Can’t wait to hear him again.

Gabe sang at our wedding in May of 2025, and I cannot sing his praises enough. Not only is he an incredibly talented singer, but he was a dream to work with. We worked remotely together during the year leading up to my wedding. He was so kind and accommodating. He learned new songs to play me down the aisle and to sing for our first dance. He was reasonably priced, and he traveled out of state for us. His voice is amazing. Our guests are still raving about him. 10/10 would recommend Gabe for your event, and I hope there is an occasion where I can work with him again.

I have now had the pleasure of experiencing Gabriel John Hess perform at both formal and informal events. His voice is so remarkably rich and brings an incredible warmth to what is already meaningful moments. He also can switch gears and bring the room to their feet during the post wedding celebrations. He offers beautiful, original content but also can cover songs authentically and so patrons experience their favorite selections.
