Played Solo of Bach cello suite 1 in G major
More than technical skill — real musicality. He plays with an ease and grace that makes difficult music sound effortless, and the tone and texture he draws out of the cello are beautiful. I had somewhat high expectations and they were surpassed. Highly recommended.

Some of my biggest musical influences on the classical side have definitely been the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra, Santiago Cañón Valencia, Pablo Ferrandez, Yo-Yo Ma, to name a few. When it comes to other musics, I've definitely been inspired by trailblazers like Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Kendrick Lamar, Nujabes, and more. When we talk about the Pop side of things, I've loved the performances of Faye Webster, Glen Campbell, Clairo, Alice Phoebe Lou, and the list goes on.
