Equipment & Setup:
Cameras: We use high-resolution Sony cinema and mirrorless cameras for both photo and video.
Audio: Professional lapel mics and on-camera shotgun mics are used for clear audio during interviews, ceremonies, and speeches.
Lighting: We bring portable LED lighting panels as needed for indoor or low-light settings.
Drones: FAA-licensed drone operators available for aerial footage (weather and venue-permitting).
Stabilization: Gimbals, tripods, and monopods are used for smooth, cinematic shots.
Venue/Client Requirements:
Power access is appreciated for charging batteries and running lights or laptops during longer events.
Designated space for camera setup/storage if shooting multiple hours or all-day events.
Coordination with DJs/AV teams is encouraged if we need to plug into the venue’s soundboard for better audio capture.
We are fully self-sufficient for most events, but we’re always happy to coordinate with event planners and venue managers in advance to ensure a smooth setup and outstanding results.
