Jazzmon I expected this review and understand why you made such harsh remarks. But let me set the record straight for everyone. This client only had a budget of $160 my hourly rate is $150/hr. This client initially had a start time of 12 noon and contacted me day of gig to advise that party had been pushed back 2Hrs. I explained that is a huge request at the last minute being that I have multiple bookings that fall back to back. Luckily the contractor I hired was able to adjust his schedule for her party. I explained to client because of this she would be required to tip out the facepainter. My contractor arrived and provided FacePainting to her ENTIRE PARTY. Only after he provided the service I was alerted that she did not like the FacePainting and demanded a refund. SkinzartKids does not provide refunds but for special cases such as this one did offer a review to gather all information from both sides. After reviewing, this client did not recieve a refund based on the facts of SkinzartKids accomodations and provided services …SkinzartKids met all requirements: service rendered, supplies used, and professional entrance/exit. Not liking the work after servicing did not qualify for a refund.

Thank you for the kind review. The experience was all worth it. The campers each brought a uniqueness and enjoyed every part of this booking. The communications and the scenery just right for fun FacePainting. The campground was a beautiful setting and the tree provided much needed shade and the lake provided that natural calmness.
The weather was a small part in at all and overall had an amazing experience. Anytime requested just let me know and SkinzartKids welcome your business.🥰🥰

Caroline I understand the disappointment and reason for the rating.There is really no excuse when you booked way early for this date. I hired a new contractor that I confirmed with several times and was not notified directly that was unable to show. I want to apologize and very unhappy myself with this outcome. There will be some corrective actions taken on my part with the contractor that did not show up. I hope this explains but do understand why this is a low rating.
