We had them booked for our daughters 7th bday, they were to come in at 100 to set up, I call them at 120 and no answer, then at 1 40 and they tell me they were in a road block for a few hrs and that there pony got hurt in the process. Then I was told they would touch base with me and keep me informed, once again I had to call and now they say there on the way to the vet and give them another half hr to see what they can do. Once again no call and I call back 1.5hrs later for them to say they can't make it. It was all a bogus story in my opinion to begin with and they couldn't give me even 1 courtesy call to keep me informed. It left us with 15 disappointed 6-8 yr olds waiting for a pony and farm animals.

We were in touch with you Taj, all trailers were pulled off at a RCMP Road Safety roadblock on Hwy 97 that morning. We had to wait our turn for inspection. While waiting, our pony somehow injured her eye, as I explained. I called our vet in Kelowna, who told me to bring her straight into see her. I did communicate with you, I apologized, and advised you, that due to the circumstances, it might be better if you could make alternate arrangements for your little girl's party. But, that if you wanted to wait until after the vet had seen our pony to see what the outcome was, but that with a laceration to her eye, I could not promise anything We always go over and above to ensure everyone's event is better than expected, this was an unforeseen and unfortunate day, but, we had to put Animal Safety first, that is law. It is understandable that you and the party group were disappointed, and I refunded you your deposit, apologized, kept you informed, but most important, I was honest.
