The artist has final decision as to the creative direction of each design. Clients do not choose what they want, they suggest pre guidelines optional. No client is allowed to handle Equiment or capture the process . Only the end product and talk about the experience.
If for whatever reason the Clients cancels the bookingm afer full confrmaton and
payment has been transferred m there shall be a 50% cancellaton fee retained by
Me the talent operating under an international licenseand the remaining 50% balance shall be returned to Main Client
or Business Affiliate.
All cancellation/disputes shall hold harmless me and my affiliates from any liability claims which includes but not limited to who I have a international license to operate.
If for whatever reason the talent cancels the booking FreeSpiritz shall
make a 90% refund to the client retaining 10% for any/all preparaton work.
I , operating under an international license reserves the right to refuse or cancel booking of Service or
Products which it ofers without explanaton to the intermediary Business Affiliate
and/or the Main Client
All Visual content shared pastm present and future with Main Clients and Business
Affiliates that are placed on Websites pastm present and future and/or any form of
electronic mediums such as website(s) and social mediumsm for examples WhatsAppm
Facebook and Instagram etcetera shall bear the FreeSpiritz Logo as well as the IG
text “@eonrobby” for Accreditaton purposes. Failure to do this FreeSpiritz Jamaica C/O Robert Williams
will ask for the content to be removed from such platorms. If this request is not
followed within 30 Days from requestm this may have legal implicatons
