Friendly Reminders is an indie-folkgrass string quartet, born in an Airstream in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. A blend of a multitude of genres, including folk, bluegrass, and jazz --they pick and groove their songs through the air and into the hearts of folks eager for insightful lyricism and beautiful harmonies.

May 25, 2025We booked the Friendly Reminders for our wedding, and they did the best job! We planned to be in our backyard, but the rain changed our plans and forced us inside and the band accommodated very quickly. They provided the best music and ambience for our event for 3 hours, and everyone there complimented us on the band. They are also truly the friendliest, nicest people and are so easy to work with. We highly recommend!!!

Friendly Reminders recently played a Cottonwood Concert in a barn at the edge of spring, at the foothills of the Rockies. We bundled and snuggled and got cozy as they shared their stories and music. Not only did they play a tight set, there was comedic banter and collaboration with the openers and other musicians. A dynamic evening with a group of talented folk!
