Friend Zone is a Party! Featuring a genuinely creative mixture of high-caliber musicians, Friend Zone has been connecting with the Chicagoland music scene since 2025. Featuring Rock, Soul, Blues, jam band and even country covers. You can find songs by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Grateful Dead, Stones, Eddie Money, Hall and Oates, Bob Seger, Talking Heads, Al Green, etc. in every set list.
Depending on your needs/preferences - we are available as a duo, trio, or 4-8 piece band. We have our own sound system and lighting if needed.
Why us? We are a group of passionate musicians - no gimmicks, just good music!
We are based in Chicagoland, but open to travel - Welcome to the Friend Zone!

Friend Zone began in 2025 as some members of top Chicagoland bands wanted to perform more together outside of their respective usual gigs. Friend Zone brings top level players focused on the joy of music. We have been the house band for summers at a bar in Highwood, have played large and small private events, and taken the stage all over the Midwest for street fests, county fairs, and city wide concerts.
