When working with individual clients my goal is to asses their current situation, resolve any financial issues they are experiencing and maximize their potential to generate profit.

The review process allows me to create a custom profile for the client and prepare them for my more advanced services. These services include an analysis to cut expenses while discovering new income generating ideas. At the end they receive their current budget along with a new suggested budget with an expense cut and income growth report.

The financial market can be a complicated place to navigate. Faced with a wealth of information, it's difficult to know where to start. When dealing with groups my goal is to provide them with the appropriate contextual information to help them get a clearer picture of their financial situation. I provide the group with documents and resources needed to get started on the journey to financial freedom.

No stranger to hard work, Lionel was born and raised in Harlem, New York by a working class mother and grandmother. His personal journey to financial freedom lead him to hold 3 jobs simultaneously. As a Tax Preparer, he witnessed first hand the financial records of high salary earners who had no assets to reflect their income. Tired of working multiple jobs and in search of a higher salaried position, Lionel went on to join a construction union. Upon graduating the union program he purchased his first home at the age of 26. His peers and colleagues were impressed with this financial acumen and began to ask him for advice. That was the beginning of him consulting others on small financial goals. Through this experience, he realized that prosperity isn't only about earnings but also about developing a healthy frame of mind when dealing with money.

Presentations require the use of a projector to display necessary documents and images related to the course material. I'm comfortable projecting my voice in small to medium size rooms but for larger rooms I require an audio setup. Audio preferences include the use of a wireless lav mic so my hands remain free to highlight projected material. I am able to independently provide the technical requirements, reach out to discuss further.
