General requirements may include:

• Adequate access to the venue for loading, unloading, setup, and breakdown
• Access to the event space before guest arrival for proper setup
• Designated parking or vendor loading area when available
• Access to electricity when required for equipment
• Adequate lighting in service and work areas
• Access to running water or a suitable water source when required
• A safe, level, designated workspace for our team
• Venue approval for any equipment, food service, bar setup, or décor being provided

BARTENDING & BAR SERVICES

Depending on the event, we may require:

• A designated bar/service area
• Tables or adequate space for a portable bar setup
• Access to ice storage or space for coolers and beverage tubs
• Access to running water or a nearby sink when available
• Trash and recycling access
• Adequate lighting for evening bar service
