December 8, 2024Never showed
If I could leave zero stars I would.
I was scammed out of $175 and am still awaiting a refund for the owner’s mishap.
I booked an event for 12/7/24 12-1:30, face painters NEVER SHOWED. I called multiple times during the duration of my event, no answer. I texted the number provided that the funds were sent to and they advised that it wasn’t in their calendar and it was their mistake. I would be getting refunded. I have still yet to receive a refund. My child and guests are looking forward to a face painter THAT NEVER SHOWED. I’m understanding that things happen, but when you as a business owner from the ball, you correct it with your clients. I have not had it corrected.

Hi ! Please be sure to book via gig salad in the future. My understanding is that you reached out via text and was fully refunded the same day of the event. Please reach out if you have any questions. Stay blessed !
