If I could leave zero stars I would.
I was scammed out of $175 and am still awaiting a refund for the owner’s mishap.
I booked an event for 12/7/24 12-1:30, face painters NEVER SHOWED. I called multiple times during the duration of my event, no answer. I texted the number provided that the funds were sent to and they advised that it wasn’t in their calendar and it was their mistake. I would be getting refunded. I have still yet to receive a refund. My child and guests are looking forward to a face painter THAT NEVER SHOWED. I’m understanding that things happen, but when you as a business owner from the ball, you correct it with your clients. I have not had it corrected.
