I also do Glitter Tattoos, waterproof and last up to three days, great for pool parties! Price includes all supplies, kids dance music if needed and standard balloon twisting outfit something cute and fun to match your theme colors.
I also have full costumes at extra charge, clown, fairy, pirate, and princess.
2 hour minimum however
I can work 1 hour if event is close to my home in Sanford, Florida.

September 9, 2024Nancy was wonderful at my son's Ben 10-themed party. Not only she came dressed in the color theme, she also researched the theme, and made the birthday boy his special balloon Omnitrix! She took time to ensure that kids all had their balloons and tattoos, which I love so much, and made quite a few extras for my boy and his friends! Great party and great experience with Nancy Flossy the Clown :)

March 15, 2022The animals her teammate made were incredible and she was able to make balloon toys (swords, bow and arrows) that the kids could use to actually play with. She was prompt and super easy to work with. Would absolutely recommend.

I also offer a chance for the kids to make their own balloon themselves if they choose to. I also offer glitter tattoos which are waterproof and last for 3 days.
