Florida Keys Belly Dance provides unforgettable entertainment for weddings, resorts, private parties, corporate events, festivals, galas, and celebrations from Key Largo to Key West. Specialties include Bellydance, Bellynesian, Zambra Mora/Andalusian Boho, Bellydance Fire Swords, Candle Tray Entrance, Snake Charmer Dance, Drum Solo and Pirate Glam. Performances can be customized for themed events. Fire shows include an insured safety assistant; indoor or fire-restricted events can feature non-fire props. Snake appearances are professionally managed, prioritizing the animals’ comfort and safety. Additional Bellydancer’s and Live Drummers available.

About
Daisy Ellis, known professionally as Barefoot Daisy, is a Florida Keys bellydance performer, instructor and cultural dance fusion artist. A native Floridian with deep roots in the Keys, Daisy began performing and teaching bellydance in Islamorada in 2009 after training with respected instructors in South Florida.
What began with traditional bellydance grew into a distinctive performance style influenced by her studies of Polynesian dance, Afro-Cuban dance, Flamenco, Tango and other cultural dance forms. Her love of animals also inspired her signature Snake Charmer Dance, developed through years of observing and working with her own pet snakes.
Daisy later brought fire into her bellydance artistry, becoming known for performances combining dance technique with fire fans, poi, palms, swords, fire eating and fire breathing.
She has performed throughout Florida, on resort and theater stages, at weddings and cultural festivals, and internationally. Her bellydance and snake artistry has also been featured on PBS’s Art Loft. Through Florida Keys Belly Dance, Daisy continues to perform, teach and help grow the bellydance community throughout the Florida Keys.
