Flex Fatale: Aerial, Cirque & Pole

Typically, when I book aerial gigs through, it's usually for "ambient" sets that are 10-15 minutes in the air, moving through elegant shapes and adding visual and artistic interest to your event. If you prefer a prepared choreographed event centerpieces (typically 3-5 minutes long and higher energy, with dynamic movements and spins set to a specific piece of music) please let me know. You can also mix and match if you're interested in both.

Here are some examples of the kinds of services that could be pieced together to curate an aerial arts component for your event. Please let me know which of these options you'd like to include and any other requests. Once I know more about what you're looking for, I'll finalize a quote that suits your needs.

Rigging:
- free standing aerial rig provision, set up, and breakdown (set up & breakdown typically requires 2 people: I will bring an assistant rigger or second aerialist to help). Set up should be done before your guests arrive. Footprint 20x20 ft, max height 23 ft (adjustable lower).
- Lollipop hoop or stage pole provision, set up, and breakdown. This is a weighted platform with an aerial hoop attached to the base by a pole or just a pole. Great for small footprint spaces, low ceilings, or events where you may want to reduce the set up / tear down needed.

Performance:
- Fully insured aerialist(s), 10-15 min ambient aerial sets (this can be scaled up with multiple performers or additional sets. Minimum 15 min downtime between sets for one aerialist)
- and/or choreographed centerpiece (3-5 mins) to music agreed upon by event organizer & performer

MISCELLANEOUS:
- service fee (covers unlimited, prompt communication with me on details before event), including specs and pictures of rig(s), costumes, etc.

Additions & Extras:
* If your event is within ~30 miles of Austin and no additional travel fees would apply. Travel 35+ miles from Austin city center incurs an additional travel fee.
* I have numerous costumes already, but any specific costume requirements that I cannot accommodate from my existing selection would be communicated in advance and reimbursed at the cost to me or provided by event organizer.

Included: I will arrive ahead of event with an assistant to set up aerial rig, if needed. This is typically completed before your guests arrive. I will arrive in hair and makeup and with costumes in alignment with any guidance communicated on theme, colors, etc.

Upon booking you will receive email and phone number to mail down all remaining details including, location, timing, aesthetics, apparatus preferences, etc.

Flex Fatale is an Austin-based performer who fuses a classical ballet background with contemporary circus arts. After a ballet career in the US and Europe, she found her way to aerial arts, circus arts, and pole in 2021. She aims to channel expressive movement, bringing strength, precision, and visual storytelling to every act. Offstage, she designs concepts and costumes that turn performance into a full sensory experience. Her work is grounded in discipline, shaped by instinct, and always chasing new ways to explore interactions of movement and music.
