Bodypainting is one of the oldest art forms. I embrace this medium because it intrigues me. Bodyart is sensually unique by nature. The canvas has no limits because the canvas has an imagination as well and often we both come together on a single work. The human form is full of life and energy. I never carry on a conversation with a fabric canvas. I never feel the vibrations of a heartbeat through my brush on muslin. Painting someone is a journey for the artist and the person they paint and bonds are formed.

July 26, 2019Dewayne did an amazing job! I commissioned him to do the body paint for my Poison Ivy cosplay at comic con and I received nonstop compliments all day long. And the paint lasted even longer than I thought it would. I was hoping to get a few hours out of it, but my feet (high heels really do suck sometimes) gave out before the paint did!
I really felt like a work of art come to life. He was considerate and completely professional during the whole process. And very communicative - answered all of my many questions as a newbie to the process. :) I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future.
