Fitness Angel Training

Tamara Arnold is the founder and owner of Fitness Angel Training, LLC and currently resides in Petersburg, VA. She is a mother of a teenage son, a school teacher, motivational speaker, and active member of the community. She is affectionately referred to as Fitness Angel by her clients. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

At a young age, Tamara realized that having a strong work ethic would help her achieve anything she set her mind to. As an adult Tamara decided to put her dream into reality. Her lifelong love for fitness, having fun, and loving the Lord came together as a mission to help individuals with their fitness journey to a new lifestyle. She realizes individuals need motivation and encouragement to reach these goals through her own personal struggles with weight loss.

For her outstanding work in Physical and Mental Health within the community, Tamara was honored by the Petersburg Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She has been featured on WTVR Channel 6’s “Virginia This Morning” and WWBT Channel 12’s “Focus on Faith”.

God has given her the vision and passion to create Fitness Angel Training. Her gift is fitness but it is her faith in God that drives her passion. Tamara allows God to use her during classes as she delivers encouragement to all. She magnifies His glory to empower participants to understand the fitness journey is not just physical, but mental and spiritual. Tamara is a firm believer that our bodies are our temple and we must take care of it.
