Questions before booking
1. Is fire allowed at this location?
2. Will there be a green room or area for performers to set up and store equipment?
3. Is this indoor or outdoor?
4. How big is the performance area? Low or high ceilings?
5. Will there be music already playing or does the client want a specific song or genre?

Other things to note
-Outdoor fire performances work best during or after sunset 8pm or later. (6:30pm after daylight savings time.)
-Weather plays a big part in outdoor fire performances and safety is the number one priority for the performer, the guests, and the venue. For safety reasons, if wind gusts are deemed too strong to safely carry out a fire performance, the booking will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. If needing to reschedule, the deposit will be held towards future events booked within 6 months from reschedule date.
-When booking fire performances, a picture of the performance area (indoor or outdoor) should be sent over so we can assess any safety hazards.
-Last minute or short notice bookings cannot guarantee specific requests (certain costuming details, additional performer availability, etc.)
-Holiday bookings will have a holiday booking fee.
