Overview

Fingal Bonzi is a dynamic sideshow entertainer who combines danger, comedy, and wit. His show is designed to keep patrons begging for more with strong visuals, sharp humor, and a bold, charismatic stage presence.

He performs classic sideshow stunts like cracking whips inches from his own body, spitting towering fireballs into the air, and hammering a large steel nail right up his sniffer. He pushes the limits of the human body, like in the finale, where he demonstrates his ability to swallow a sword by taking a coat hanger and bending it while it is still inside him. Each feat is carefully built, the next being more intense than the last, keeping the audience glued to their seats.

About

Fingal Bonzi is a sideshow entertainer who found his way into dangerous performance through curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to look ridiculous while learning something difficult. He began training at the young age of 13, drawn to classic sideshow skills that demanded patience, control, and an unusual tolerance for discomfort. What started as an odd hobby gradually became a serious pursuit.

Over the years, Fingal has dedicated himself to mastering traditional danger acts including fire eating, whip cracking, human blockhead, and sword swallowing. As his skills developed, so did his interest in entertainment. He didn't realize until years later that if he was funny enough, people would pay him to see gross things.

Fingal’s first festival appearance was at the Idaho Beltane Festival, where he learned firsthand how different live performance is from private practice. That experience pushed him to continue performing publicly, tightening his material and building confidence through repetition. Since then, he has performed at multiple festivals and private events, adapting his act to different audiences while maintaining the core of what drew him to sideshow in the first place.

Onstage, Fingal Bonzi presents a loud, cocky, and deliberately over-the-top persona, using humor to disarm audiences before pulling them into moments of genuine tension. Offstage, he treats his work with focus and care, continually refining his act and expanding his skill set. His performances are designed to be flexible in tone, ranging from family-friendly to adult-oriented.

Fingal continues to develop his craft as an entertainer, balancing tradition with his own personality and style. His goal is simple: to deliver a show that feels dangerous, controlled, and memorable, while respecting the history of the art form he works within.
