Ghinwa Merei is the president and founder of EnVisionary Innovative Consulting firm based in Oakville, Canada. As a coach and consultant, she helps empower professionals with the mindsets, skills and strategies they need to REINVENT themselves so they can THRIVE sustainably and live a more fulfilled life.
Prior to starting her entrepreneurship journey, Ghinwa has worked for 20+ years in a variety of senior leadership roles in 500 fortune companies, where she has successfully started, developed, and led several teams in different industries, most recently in financial services.
Ghinwa has a dual Executive MBA degree from Cornell & Queen’s Universities. She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Coach, and an official facilitator for the World Executive & Business Coach Summit .
On a personal note, she is a mom of two wonderful kids, a first generation immigrant, a burnout survivor, a women empowerment & inclusivity advocate, and a multipotentialite avid learner who loves travelling and being in nature.
