Insurance: $1,000,000 - Amanda and her fire safety personnel are insured for fire performance by Specialty Insurance Agency.
For solo dance performances, Amanda can provide a small portable Bluetooth speaker to provide her own music (included in base fee).
Dance performances, and especially fire performances, need ample space to safely accommodate props. Actual space requirements may vary depending on which props you would like included in your package. More space allows for a more dynamic performance regardless of prop. Generally, Amanda brings a wide selection and uses many props throughout the performance, but is always open to specific requests.
Amanda performs with day props, LED props, and fire props. Day props are suited to both indoor and outdoor events with ample lighting; some props are weather-permitting; shows start at $75/hr. LED props are best suited for dark environments, either indoor or outdoor; all props are weather-permitting; shows start at $175/hr. Fire props require safety considerations and may require additional permitting or venue permissions; please contact Amanda for more details on hiring fire performance; shows start at $300/hr.
For art events and performances, many options are available. Please contact Amanda for art/craft class options. Most live art performances are highly customizable to your venue and event, and may include live painting, live speed painting (spray paint - outdoors only!), or live alcohol inks (requires power source).
CURRENT PROP LIST
FIRE Props (starting at $300/hr): dragon staff, leviwand, palm torches, poi, hoop, Russian fans, tech fans, double staves, contact staff.
LED Props (starting at $175/hr): leviwand, poi, dragon staff, contact staff, Isis wings, light whip, fan veils, tech fans.
Day/Indoor Props (starting at $75/hr): silk fan veils, leviwand, rope dart, Russian fans, double staves, dragon staff, flag poi, hula hoop, mini hoops, Isis wings, circle veils, light whip, veil poi, tech fans, contact staff, veil hoop.
Prop performances are WEATHER SENSITIVE. Amanda generally cannot perform in rain conditions, though a very limited range of day props may be available in lighter rain. Temperatures below 45*F may limit props or show type. Heavy winds prevent fire shows and may limit props in other show types.
In the event of a weather cancelation, Amanda offers FULL refunds (including the deposit) as long as we make the decision *before I leave for the event on the same day*. If Amanda has already left for the event, and has not traveled more than an hour, the balance less the deposit is refunded. If she has arrived for the event, or has traveled for over an hour, and it is raining, Amanda can offer up to a half hour of wait time to see if the weather clears; if at this point it is still raining, no refunds will be given.
