Fierce Cocktails

I was very, very dissatisfied with Fierce Cocktails for my event. I urge event planners and others looking to hire a bar tender-to pass on Fierce Cocktails.
1. She stated she would provide a portable bar- which she did not, so at the last minute we had to improvise with a 2 folding tables. It was not the look I wanted and a guest knocked over and spilled a beverage dispenser of red sangria all over the table and linens because it was not on a raised bar surface -as it should have been. Had she let me know in advance, I would have brought or rented a portable bar!
2. Before the guests arrived I asked her for a drink to see how well she could make what was on the drink menu. I said "surprise me, fix anything". She opted to give me the sangria- that was already made by a family member.
3. She poured a bag of ice into a galvanized beverage tub with stand and instead of placing the beer bottles in the ice, she used it to scoop ice for my sangria. She did not wash the tub nor did she know if it was already cleaned. In either case, the galvanized tub was not used as intended and she dispensed ice in an unsanitary way for my sangria. Someone had to speak to her about serving ice appropriately.
4.Many fruit garnishes were provided and cut up in advance by other volunteers including oranges, pineapples, mint and limes. The garnish pics and beverage napkins were provided but not used. Most of the fruit garnishes were not used; consequently the drinks did not have tropical look, presentation and appeal they should have. Some maraschino cherries were put in drinks, I believe because that was very easy to do. She could have even placed some of the cut up fruit in the sangria.
5. I provided a blender and purchased an additional blender for her convenience. She did not use a blender for frozen margaritas at all.
6. The most important issue.... Fierce Cocktails was not personable or friendly as her bio states. She was not personable or friendly at all. She was rude to a couple of my guests, which I found out after the event. 7. 7. Most all my guests noticed and commented on her demeanor and lack of social skills.
She was rude to my cousin who brought a bottle of wine and gave it to her. She told my cousin, "Next time you should bring flowers." My cousin stated she was very mean and she didn't even want to go back to Fierce Cocktails and request a drink.
Overall, she arrived without the portable bar, did the bare minimum, unsatisfactorily; was in a bad mood, didn't smile, was mean to my family members and ran out as fast as she could when her 4 hours was up.
The bar tender was the only negative at the event.

Fierce Cocktails provided great service for my birthday party! The bartender, Chanel, was professional, prepared and friendly and helped me come up with a signature cocktail for the party! She was an asset to the event and I'd definitely hire Fierce Cocktails again and recommend them to others!

Tierra was beyond attentive, was open to collaborate with my needs and arrived promptly, ready to set up and work. She had a very sweet demeanor and was dressed appropriately to wow people! I'd definitely work with her again on other events!

This was my first time using Gigsalad,and I was very lucky to have found C's Bartender. She arrived on time , was very professional friendly and fantastic. My guest love her personality ,If you looking for a fantastic bartender I would highly recommend C's Bartender.

This was our first time using GigSalad, and we feel very lucky to have found such a great bartender on our first try! Chanel was very responsive during the couple weeks before the event and it was clear she knew her stuff! On the day of the event, Chanel arrived on time, was incredibly professional and was able to get down to work in the midst of all our chaos! She is a fantastic bartender and kept our guests happy all night long- they loved her so much she was even pulled onto the dance floor at one point! If you're looking for a great bartender that can go with the flow and who is very reliable, I would highly recommend booking Chanel!
