Farm to Table Provisions

I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Chef Zachary for my bachelorette party, and I can honestly say he made the night unforgettable. He prepared a Korean BBQ feast that was beyond delicious! He made perfectly marinated meats, vibrant side dishes, and flavors that had everyone at the table raving. My personal favorite was the Bulgogi.

Not only was the food exceptional, but Zachary’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. He was also incredibly attentive and responsive to all of our guests and requests, making sure everyone felt taken care of and satisfied. It wasn’t just a meal, it was an experience.

All of my guests kept saying it was the best food they’ve had at any event, and I couldn’t agree more. If you’re looking for a chef who combines incredible culinary talent with a genuine passion for hospitality, Chef Zachary is the one. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat! 10/10.

I am exceptionally disappointed with my experience.

We hired him to cater our daughter's high school graduation party for 20 people on May 30th. He requested from my wife a down payment for the food. Not a problem, makes sense. My wife had a budget and paid him in full in advance.

The food was really good, so there is no upset there and I gave him an extra star for it.

We requested to add 10 people beyond the original scope of our agreement which we were told was not a problem. As the party finished, he asked for payment of those 10 people and gratuity. Again no problem; however, he under stated what my wife had already paid him causing an overpayment of $1000 plus (she was entertaining guests so I didn't speak with her).

After not responding the entirety of the weekend, he admitted that he has overcharged us. Unfortunately, he didn't have the money to pay us back because his next catering job didn't pay him. (which isn't our problem)

We offered to make installment arrangements and have been more than patient with him. He is slow if even responds at all.

Unfortunately, I am going to have to take a small claims action. I wish I just would have skipped him altogether.

It has now been over a month at the time of this review and he is completely ghosting us.

Zachary provided a wonderful and thoughtful dinner, apps, and cocktail for parents 50th anniversary, Hawaiian themed. A small, socially distant gathering and he took all precautions. He was professional to work with on the planning, prompt for the day of, and flexible for the curve balls too. I couldn’t recommend someone note than Zachary to work with and expect a delicious meal and friendly, professional experience. Thank you and hoping to find another opportunity to work with him again soon.
