I originally ordered a Santa for Christmas eve. A few days later was told that I could not get a santa, but would get a Mickey mouse character. I wanted a refund. Then, I was told I could get a Santa ; "they found one" ?? I was skeptical and asked for a photo of the Santa. A day or so later, I received a picture of Santa and said, "ok, I will do it" Then I was told that Santa could not come at my desired time; I tried to change plans and make it work, but could not. I have asked to be refunded and have not received that confirmation. Now, I get an email wanting to rate my event?

I have always been responsive and clear about what we were able to do or not. And that's clear in our messages. I replied to your last message checking back the same day ( December 17th ). I also texted you on December 21st, December 23th and December 24th. You never got back to me until this review. This is recorded in our conversation/chat.
I am sorry for whatever happened that you couldn't get back to me with your final desition on time. I can not atatch the screenshot of our conversation here but I can provided to the resolution center as needed. All our shows this year have been accomplished in a tiemly and professional way as always.

* $200 / 1 HOUR
* $250 / 1.5 HOUR (with 10 min break for entertainer to refresh)
2 Costumed Characters: (ie. Mr. and Mrs. Mouse) - You get a discount when selecting two characters:
* $300 / 40 MIN
* $350 / 1 HOUR
* $400 /1.5 hours (with 10 min break for the entertainers to refresh)
Additional Services:
* 1x 1000 watts High-Quality QSC Sound System for music (plus 15 minutes prior for sound set up) = $100
* Professional Photography: Minimum of 30 photos and a max of 100 digital High-Quality photos = $150
* Professional Video: Movie Trailer style recap of your event. (2-3 minutes video) with the best of the event for digital sharing = $500
* Digital Invitation Design for digital Distribution = $80
