Fancy Pants Sweets

At first they were very friendly, so I was expecting the best. I was supposed to have a 10 AM delivery time and then they said it would be between 10 and 11am because it was far from them, ok that’s fine. Then I woke up to a message saying it would be there around 11:30-12:30, which was then pushed to 12:30 to 1pm. Then, 2:30 comes around and I still have not received the cake and we were leaving the house at 3 PM. I’m very disappointed because it ruined the event and the surprise not having a cake or anything to give to the man who’s birthday it was. They did offer to refund it (minus the delivery fee? Umm I never received the cake, and you had from 10am-2pm to get it to me and I was told you were only 1.5 hours away) I understand things happen but given the distance away they were, I should have had the cake much earlier if they had planned accordingly.
