We'll confirm every detail with you — delivery time, setup location, and any special requests. Need help picking the right rentals for your event? Just ask. On event day, our crew arrives on time with clean, sanitized equipment ready to go. For most rentals — bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, tents, mechanical bulls, foam machines, and carnival rides — we handle the full setup so everything is ready before your first guest arrives. For smaller items like tables and chairs, we deliver and pick up while you handle the simple setup.
During your event, you relax and enjoy the party. That's it. No stress, no worrying about equipment, no surprises. We stay available by call or text the entire time in case you need anything.
After your event, we come back and pick everything up. You don't have to deflate anything, fold anything, or carry anything. We take care of it all.
Every inflatable in our inventory is cleaned and sanitized after every single event. Every piece of equipment is inspected before it goes out. Your family's safety is our top priority — always.

We also offer party packages that bundle everything together to save you money.

Here's everything you need to know to make sure your event goes smoothly:
POWER AND ELECTRICITY
Most inflatables require a standard 110v household outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. Each inflatable needs its own dedicated outlet — they cannot share circuits. If your event is at a park or venue without electricity, we offer generator rentals to keep everything running. Our generator is a 9000 watt Predator generator and gasoline is provided for up to 8 hours.
SETUP SURFACE AND SPACE
Bounce houses, water slides, and obstacle courses can be set up on grass, dirt, or concrete. We stake inflatables into grass when possible for maximum safety. For concrete or asphalt setups, we use sandbags to anchor everything securely. Please make sure the setup area is clear of rocks, sticks, pet waste, and sharp objects before we arrive. We need a clear path from where we park to the setup location — gates should be at least 3 feet wide.
WATER SLIDES
Water slides require a standard garden hose connected to a working water spigot. The hose should be able to reach the setup location. We provide the slide — you provide the water connection. Please make sure your hose is ready before we arrive.
FOAM PARTIES
Our foam solution is biodegradable and hypoallergenic — safe for kids and pets. Foam can be dyed blue or pink for gender reveals, with multiple color options available at an additional charge. Colored foam is not available when used with bounce houses or water slides. Two hours of foam solution is included in the price, with extra hours available for $44 per hour.
TENTS
Tent setups require a flat, level surface. For grass setups, we stake tents into the ground. For hard surface setups like concrete or pavement, we use weights to secure the tent. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we come prepared. Tents are available in sizes from 10x10 up to 20x40.
MECHANICAL BULL
Our mechanical bull Blaze requires a flat area of at least 20x20 feet. Two standard 110v outlet are needed within 50 feet. The bull comes with a professional operator for the duration of your rental. Three hour rental minimum required.
SOFT PLAY
Soft play equipment must be used indoors or under a tent to prevent the pieces from getting too hot for little ones. If you need a tent for your soft play rental, let us know and we can add one at a discounted rate. Available in boy or girl themes — please specify when booking.
DELIVERY AND SETUP TIMING
We deliver and set up most rentals the day of your event, arriving before your party start time. Whenever possible, we offer day-before delivery and day-after pickup at no extra charge based on our schedule. If you want to guarantee early delivery, you can add an extra day to your rental when booking. We'll confirm your delivery window with you in advance and our crew will call or text when they're on the way.
WEATHER POLICY
Florida weather can be unpredictable. If storms are expected before delivery, we'll reschedule your rental at no cost based on availability. After setup, refunds or rain checks are not available, but we never set up during lightning or high winds. Your deposit rolls over to a new date for everyone's safety.
SAFETY
All inflatables have weight and capacity limits. Toddler mini combos are designed for ages 0-3 with a 100 lb max and up to 4 kids at a time. Standard bounce houses and combos hold about 400 lbs total. Water slides are limited to 250 lbs per lane with one rider at a time. Our team will help you choose the right rentals based on your guest ages and group size.
