Faith Painting

Colorful, vibrant and lovely faces. I do not do anything scary or negative. I Delight in working in positive environments. I can paint anywhere from 10 to 15 faces per hour depending on the complexity of the design. Terms and conditions are as follows, at the event there may not be any alcohol being served, music with offensive song lyrics during the time allocated for services. “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Philippians 4:8

Rates

$50.00 per hour for church and School events *plus tip jar
$85.00 per hour of Face painting

(For Schools I have current TB and CPR certification available upon request.)
(For corporate events I have a business license, and access to Fax. Corporate event fees vary upon location and children being served. Please provide clear details about your event to give accurate quote.)

Organizing an event is stressful enough - booking with me can give you peace of mind. I have liability coverage and insured by Beauty Body works. Policy number I PL(phone number hidden) documentation is available upon request. I only use products which have been approved for use on face and body. I will not paint someone who:
• Has obvious allergies or skin conditions such as eczema
• Has open wounds, sores on the skin, visible cold sores or conjunctivitis
• Is obviously not comfortable about being painted, is crying or upset, or is
• too young to sit still enough to be painted safely
My prices are reasonable and depend on word of mouth to keep my prices low. I am able to paint much more quickly than a hobby or volunteer painter. I spend hours practicing my skills so that I can provide super fast, high quality designs. I am also available churches and festivals at no cost to the event coordinator, charging pay-per-face. I can paint 10-15 designs per hour.
Some face painters may use acrylic paint, It may be labeled “non-toxic”, This merely means they can be ingested without harm; it does not mean “safe for skin.” This type of paint can cause very severe skin reactions and has not been approved for cosmetic type application.
Professional face paints undergo testing to be FDA approved, have anti-bacterial qualities and unless someone is exceptionally sensitive, they are safe for use on most people. I carry a face painting chair, table, my face painting kit and a table. Generally to avoid children standing in line in the hot sun I have all the children line up shortest to tallest paint the birthday child and paint a number on each child. Depending on the hostess wishes 15 minutes prior to my departure I close my board with all the pictures and display my fast designs so all children can get painted.

Qualifications:
Graduated from Brandman University, in 2012, with a bachelors degree in Liberal Arts, minor in Sociology. I also have an associates degree in Art and a Child Development certificate. I teach fine arts with HCS during the school (link hidden) am married with two young children under five.
