The client must provide an open space for services to be performed effectively​. Fairytales by Tabatha LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, injuries, or damages. You are responsible for all people/persons attending your party and Fairytales by Tabatha LLC will not be held liable for any injuries. ​All children MUST be supervised by an adult.​ In any event that any costumes, props, or equipment are damaged as a result of negligence or recklessness, you will be held liable for reimbursing all costs. Once the service is performed, a refund cannot be provided. If any uncomfortable situation arises, Fairytales by Tabatha LLC cast members have the right to leave the event with no refund provided. Unless granted permission by the vendor, clients hereby agree to exclusively hire only Fairytales by Tabatha LLC for character entertainment services at the contracted event. If the agreement is violated, Fairytales by Tabatha LLC has the right to leave the event with no refund provided.

We will gladly participate in outdoor events, weather permitting. Our performers will need a dry area free of mud and dirt. If the temperature is 88 degrees or above a shaded air-conditioned space must be provided for performers for the entire duration of their visit. To prevent costume and wig damage, we cannot do outdoor events in rainy/inclement weather.
