About
In 2001, I began formal training at Gabriel Productions in Coral Gables, FL. There, I learned all about daytime and evening makeup, makeup for photography and for film. This is also where my obsession with eyebrows was born. At Gabriel Productions, makeup artists are taught to shape and sculpt eyebrows by tweezing to help preserve the elasticity of the skin on your brow bone. The constant yanking and pulling of waxing eventually will exhaust the elasticity of your skin, causing it to sag prematurely. So...no thanks to that.
I started working as a make-up artist at Orchid Salon & Spa in Doral. Soon after, in 2003, I started FacePerfection and worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist.
Following are the brands I use:
For Skin (Foundations, Concealers): Clinique, Bobbi Brown and other gentle brands.
For Color (Eye Shadows, Blush, Lip Stick): MAC and other miscellaneous mineral or powdered colors from Sephora.
Eyebrows: Tweezers, of course!
