May 29, 2026First I want to say the artist was fantastic, she was able to do any design we asked and she was polite and good at her job with the kids but she was a little bit slow. I didn't really think anything of it because they also arrived late but there was a location change (that they were aware of for weeks and that we paid $50 extra for with no issues)
A man came to the back of the party about 70 minutes after she had arrived, she was just finishing up the last child, we had booked for 9 kids but there ended up being only 7 children that wanted their faces painted and he said that because they were over an hour, we would need to pay more?! I explained that there were only 7 children and they were late getting there and also she is a bit slower (which again was fine) so I would NOT be paying more for the time but I would send the amount owing for the extra travel fee and the tip for the artist...
He agree'd but it felt like this was not appropriate and left a really bad taste in my mouth and just for this reason, I would not book agian.
