Overview
Face painting for birthdays, festivals, grand openings, spirit nights, as well as private appointments for photo shoots and maternity belly painting!
Ivy can paint up to 20 faces an hour depending on the event and the choices offered. For large groups I offer a selection of fantastic fast faces to please a high volume at a quick pace. Smaller groups such as birthday parties allow for more elaborate designs and embellishments.
The choices are limited only by the imaginations of your guests!
Ivy is a former cosmetologist trained in the art of hair & makeup. Only cosmetic grade, professional products are used that have been FDA approved for use on the face and body.

So pleased with the level of professionalism and artistry. She was wonderful, the kids and parents just loved her! So skilled even was able to do unusual requests such as a giraffe. Super quick with the face painting. Highly recommend !

She arrived with many demands and seemed not to be able to handle a change as small as moving from one location of the block party to another. Her art work was Amazing and the children loved it however; she was semi-short fused with adults. I had a $75 tip for her in hand but she stormed away after her time was up without saying a word, and I was available and visible at all times. If I had to tip for her demeanor, she would not get a dime, but skill and service with the children, she was worth every penny. I still am amazed that she left the way she did.

This is my first ever less than stellar review in over 6 years and hundreds of events but I’m not surprised that you were displeased. You seemed irritated by my arrival and presence, despite having hired me to be there. It was an awkward event and with the weather going from blazing sun to rain and back again, my request to set up under one of the tents was met with surprise and difficulty. In the future, please expect to provide reasonable accommodation for anyone you hire to work for you. Also, if you’re planning on a water slide, maybe Face Painting isn’t ideal. I could have brought several waterproof body art options for the kids had I known that was the plan. In regards to adults, I can’t imagine who thought I was short-fused since I painted several happily, it was hot and miserable, but my job was still to have fun. In the end, I felt like I was run off in a hurry as you came to take away the tent I was under and wouldn’t even give me time to move out of the way or close my kit before lifting it over me.
I do appreciate the kind words about my actual art & best of luck in the future. For the scale of what you’re attempting to put on, I would strongly suggest a professional event coordinator next time.
