Before Your Event
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll work with you to understand your event, selected package, theme, and vision. We confirm the important details in advance and prepare any customized elements included with your service so everything is ready for your special day.

Event Setup
Our team arrives before your scheduled service time to professionally set up and test all equipment. We take care of the details to ensure your photo booth and selected rentals are ready to go before your experience begins. Setup and breakdown do not take away from your booked service time.

During Your Event
It’s time to celebrate! An Eventsation attendant will be on-site throughout your photo booth service to ensure everything runs smoothly, assist guests with using the booth, and provide support when needed.

Guests can enjoy the photo booth and all features included in your selected package, which may include digital sharing, professional prints, props, custom designs, backdrops, and additional event enhancements.

After Your Event
Once your scheduled service is complete, our team handles the breakdown and removal of our equipment and rentals.

For photo booth services, you’ll also receive a digital gallery link featuring the photos captured during your event, giving you an easy way to look back on the memories and enjoy them after the celebration is over.

Technical & Venue Requirements

To ensure all Eventsation services and rentals can be safely and properly used during your event, please review the following requirements:

Photo Booth

* A clean, level, and stable setup area with adequate space for the booth, guests, attendant, and selected backdrop.
* Access to a standard, functioning electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the setup area.
* Venue Wi-Fi is not required. Eventsation provides its own Wi-Fi equipment, which can be set up as long as electrical power is available. Internet-dependent features may be affected by cellular/network availability at the venue.
* The booth cannot block entrances, exits, emergency pathways, or major guest walkways.
* For outdoor events, the booth must be under appropriate coverage and protected from rain, moisture, excessive wind, and other unsafe weather conditions.

Backdrops & Displays

* A flat, level setup area with sufficient space and ceiling clearance for the selected backdrop or display.
* Backdrops cannot obstruct emergency exits or major walkways.
* Outdoor setups must have suitable weather and wind conditions for safe installation.

Red Carpet & Stanchions

* A clean, flat surface with adequate room for guests to safely enter, exit, and move through the designated area.
* Placement cannot interfere with emergency exits or required venue pathways.

Cold Spark Effects

* Adequate space and safe clearance are required around each machine.
* Clients must confirm that their venue permits cold spark effects.
* Venue and/or fire-safety approval may be required.
* Machines must be kept a safe distance from guests, decorations, flammable materials, low ceilings, and other hazards.
* Appropriate electrical access must be available.
* Eventsation reserves the right not to operate cold spark equipment if venue restrictions or conditions make operation unsafe.

Electrical Requirements

* All powered equipment requires access to properly functioning standard electrical outlets.
* Eventsation must be notified in advance if electrical access is limited, unavailable, or generator-powered.
* Cords and equipment will be positioned as safely as possible and cannot obstruct emergency exits or major walkways.

Outdoor Events

* A dry, level, and stable setup surface is required.
* Electronic equipment must have adequate overhead protection.
* Equipment cannot be exposed to rain, excessive moisture, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions.
* Services may be temporarily stopped, relocated, modified, or discontinued when conditions could create a safety risk or damage equipment.

Venue Access & Setup

* Eventsation requires reasonable access to the venue before the scheduled service time for unloading, setup, testing, and preparation.
* Please notify us beforehand of stairs, elevators, loading docks, parking restrictions, security procedures, long distances from unloading areas, or vendor check-in requirements.
* Clients are responsible for communicating venue-specific rules, permits, insurance requirements, or setup restrictions before the event.
* Setup and breakdown are separate from your scheduled service time.

Space & Placement
Space requirements vary depending on the services and rentals selected. Final equipment placement must provide enough room for safe operation, guest interaction, and the Eventsation attendant when applicable.
