Again we sincerely apologize that this happened to you, we had a family emergency last minute which required us to leave the state and instead of cancelling in general we trusted the sub contractor to fulfill your needs as we would’ve. The sub contractor was paid and given specific details to fulfill your event. This is not how we conduct business and we are truly embarrassed that this was your experience. This is the first bad encounter we’ve ever had with a client so we are truly sorry.
