About
Like many other Virginians, I was brought to Virginia by my dad and the US Navy, more than 30 years ago. After graduating from Salem High School in Virginia Beach: I served the US Air Force, graduated from Regent University, started a family, lost some family, moved away and returned to Hampton Roads, held a fulfilling career in social work, tapped into my creative spirit with several ventures, helped a lot of people, and settled in Suffolk (not in exact order).
One thing that remained consistent through the many years was my unofficial role as THE planner-organizer-memory saver in the lives of those around me. I was always the one that family and friends could count on to have popped out a camera during an outing capturing candid shots for great memories. They also knew I would have at least one copy at any given time in the years to come. When I discovered the wonder of a photobooth I knew it was what I wanted to do for others, bring nostalgia and capture memories!
Event Me 360 was born in 2024 and I’m bringing that same energy and dependability to you now so book and “EVENT ME”!
Additional booking notes
Power: Access to a DEDICATED standard 3-prong electrical outlet (120V, 10-15 amps) within 15 feet of the desired setup location. A dedicated circuit is crucial for the 360 Video Booth to ensure stable power and optimal performance.
Space: A minimum clear, flat space of 10 ft x 10 ft is required for all booth types. This space comfortably accommodates the booth, backdrop, prop table, and ensures easy guest flow.
Visibility & Location: To maximize guest engagement and usage, we recommend placing the booth in a high-traffic, visible area of your event, ideally near entrances, dance floors, or main activity zones. This ensures optimal visibility and encourages participation.
Access: Easy access to the setup location (e.g., ground floor, elevator access if upstairs) to facilitate equipment load-in and setup.
Protection: If outdoors, a fully covered, flat, and dry area is essential (e.g., tent, covered patio) to protect equipment from direct sunlight, rain, wind, or extreme temperatures. Direct sunlight can affect photo quality and screen visibility.
Internet (Optional but Recommended): Access to a strong, reliable Wi-Fi connection is highly recommended for immediate social media sharing and digital delivery during the event. If Wi-Fi is unavailable or unreliable, we can operate in offline mode, and all digital content will be delivered post-event.
Additional Considerations:
Setup Time: Please allow 45 minutes and up for setup prior to your event start time, depending on the specific experience selected and venue access.
Breakdown Time: Breakdown will typically take 30-45 minutes after the event concludes.
Operator: All Event Me 360 packages include a professional, friendly attendant who will manage the booth, assist guests, and ensure smooth operation throughout your rental period.
Props & Tables: We provide a curated selection of high-quality props tailored to your event theme. A table for props is required, which we can provide if the venue does not.
Signage: We will provide professional signage to direct guests to the booth and enhance the overall experience.
Stanchions (for 360 Booth): We provide stanchions for crowd control around the 360 Video Booth to ensure safety and an organized experience. While we bring our own, some venues prefer to provide their own, which is also acceptable.
Lighting: Our booths come with professional lighting. While additional ambient lighting is always a plus, it is not strictly required.
Level Surface: Especially crucial for the 360 Video Booth, a completely flat and stable surface is necessary for safety and smooth operation.
Please communicate any venue-specific challenges or unique requirements in advance so we can plan accordingly and ensure a flawless experience!"
