This service is for hosts that want to sit back and enjoy their event after their hard work planning!
Let us take care of the execution of the event.
All Event Coordination Includes:
· Initial Consultation (Phone or in person)
· Creation of a Day-of Itinerary & checklist
· Coordinator present during the entire event
· Assist with Set-up
· Communication with all vendors & rentals
(Timing, Final payments, set-up, & special requests)
· Special requests tended to and executed
· Ensure the schedule and timeline is kept
· Check bathrooms throughout the night
· Guest questions & requests
Wedding-Day Specific Additions: Bridal Assistant
Your Bridal Assistant will work alongside the on-site coordinator and will specifcally tend to the needs of the Bride and Bridal Party
· Presence at Wedding Rehearsal (practice line ups & music)
· Check ins with Bridal Suite the morning-of
(including hair stylists, make-up, all vendors, décor)
· Check- ins with groom and groomsmen
· Assist with boutonnieres & florals
· Assist with bustle
Initiate & execute reception events
(speeches, toast, cake cutting, bouquet toss, parent dances)
·Line up wedding party for ceremony procession
·Gather family & friends for formal photos
·Line up wedding party for reception introductions
(check pronunciation & Order of all names)
· "Newly Wed” Picnic of food from wedding (If allowed)
·Tend to special requests
· Arrange guest take-home favors & extra entertainment
· Ensure that guests are content with services
Any other requests of the host
can be negotiated!
