AR Lifestyle Designs is here to help you in anyway you need. Planning an event can be stressful, therefore we take the stress out of it to solely make it wonderful.

We will customize a package for you based on your needs. This can be a one-time meeting consultation, partial planning, full planning, planning and coordinating, or just day-of-coordination. Whatever it is you need to help plan your dream!

AR Lifesytle Designs is a company I created to help brides outside the Reception and Banquet Halls. AR standing for Alvarez-Recio, is a play on words to sound like 'our'. Because for your wedding you want your planner to have your lifestyle, as you are creating a new life with your partner, along with your design concept in mind. Hence, 'Our' Lifestyle Designs! Now a little about the planner...

My name is Jacquelyn Alvarez-Recio, but everyone calls me Jackie. Since I was a little girl I have had a love for designing. I would sketch up room designs, floor plans, even wedding dresses! This love lead me to study Interior Design from a magnet high school onto University and achieve a Bachelors of the Arts. During design school, I began to work for Aqua Reception Hall in Miami, Florida planning and designing events. My specialty quickly became Weddings! I am lucky to have found a career that uses my love of design with the profound experience of helping someone plan their special day.

Additional booking notes

One-Time Consultation:
We meet for a preset number of hours to help begin or set you on the right path for planning a successful event. This entails budget planning, guest list questions, design consulting, ad references to vendors in your budget. Payment is done by an hourly rate. Minimum of 2 hours.

Partial Planning:
This package entails four in person meetings the last 3 months leading to your event date. Essentially, we are here for you the last home stretch, or the most stressful time, of your planning process. The first three meeting are going over your event plans and consulting on what needs to be finished. We will be communicating weekdays via email, texts, and phone calls. The last meeting is done the week before your event to finalize details and discuss the coordination and timeline of your big day. (Does not include Day-of-Coordination)

Full Planning:
This package entails 13 in person meetings up to 18 months or less before your event date. This package is for the client that would like help in all aspects of the planning and designing process. For example, attending design meetings, tastings, dress fittings, etc. The first three meeting are planning and consulting. We will be communicating weekdays via email, texts, and phone calls. The last meeting is done the week before your event to finalize details and discuss the coordination and timeline of your big day. (Does not include Day-of-Coordination)

Partial or Full Planning with Day-of-Coordination:
Any of the Partial or Fully Planning packages with Day-of-Coordination for 8 hours to ensure everything goes smoothly and in a timely fashion the day of your event. We work so you don't have to on your special day. The coordinator will meet with you two weeks prior to speak about all the details of your event and help you finalize any last-minute items (This is instead of the final meeting the week before your event). We will then communicate via email and phone. The coordinator will also be present the week of your event at your rehearsal for an hour.

Day-of-Coordination:
This package entails a day-of-coordinator to run your event for 10 hours to ensure everything goes smoothly and in a timely fashion the day of your event. We work so you don't have to on your special day. The coordinator will meet with you two weeks prior to speak about all the details of your event and help you finalize any last-minute items. We will then communicate via email and phone. The coordinator will also be present the week of your event at your rehearsal for an hour.

Packages can be combined or customized to each client's needs.
