I play and sing ClassicRock favorites from the 60's and 70's, as well as a handful of old Country tunes.

I use backing tracks for a full band sound, and can fill a room or squeeze in a corner.
I also can do most songs on just guitar and vocals, if desired.

What you can expect from me is a solid professional performance as agreed upon. I am on-time, prepared and have pro-level equipment (plus backups in the event of failure). I am sensitive to the needs of my clients and their guests. I have performed for at least 50 weddings (including the ceremonies).
I have played in bands since my teens, having done everything from the usual bars and restaurants, to weddings, funerals and hospital rooms. I've also been in a couple of Beatles tribute bands, playing the part of Paul. The Beatles are still the music touchstone for me.
Classic Rock from the 60's and 70's is my era and what I mostly perform.
Along the way, I learned some other repertoire, including some old Country, Irish songs, old standards (such as 'All Of Me', 'Moonglow', etc) as well as some Dixieland.
I also had a family band with my two (now-grown) daughters for 10 years.
We played plenty of gigs and it was a great opportunity for parenting and quality time with my kids.
Also, as noted, I perform most material using backing tracks. I have built most of these myself, recording drums, bass and guitars.
I prefer to keep the backing tracks simple, so it sounds like a 3 or 4 piece band; I tend not to use all the extra horns, strings and lush background vocals. I think this simple approach just sounds more like a real band.
